I know what you’re thinking Erika we can’t call this pizza. There’s not a crust.

I’m here’s what I’m gonna tell you absolutely we’re gonna call the pizza the crested chicken it’s gonna be high protein. It’s gonna be grape fiber and it’s gonna leave you feeling satisfied and not overly stuffed.

So let’s get cooking here’s what you’re gonna need

For the crust

1 pound of ground chicken

Two eggs

Half a cup of Parmesan

Half a cup of gluten-free Panko breadcrumbs

Italian seasoning

For the salad

One head of Romain lettuce

One white onion

Extra Parmesan for the top

Caesar salad dressing I personally like the primal kitchen brand

Preheat oven to 350. Mix your ingredients for crust together.

place some parchment paper onto your cookie sheet add your chicken mixture into any shape you would like whether it be rectangle or a circle. Allow us to cook for 30 minutes or till chicken is completely cooked.

Assemble your Caesar salad in a bowl

Lightly drizzle with dressing to give it a little coat

Once your crust is done, cooking, take out of the oven. Pour a light layer of the Caesar dressing on top of the chicken just like if you were to put sauce on a pizza. Then top it with your salad mix garnish with extra Parmesan and if you would like red pepper flakes serve and enjoy.
